Design – The trend towards agile working means many businesses will be completely changing the way they work for the first time. The blending of ‘home and office’, and the integration of Working From Home policies, are all part of the project briefing and solution.
Procurement – The relationships we have built up with design sub-consultants and fit-out contractors mean we can procure the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions for you.
Build – We work with contractors from our 'preferred supplier programme' and oversee the fit-out works, ensuring the project stays on time and on budget. We manage the statutory undertakings required by you, the employer.
Soft Landings – Once the move has been completed, we stay in touch to ensure we continue to meet your ongoing requirements.
