We had previously collaborated with our client coordinator on an earlier scheme, so we were delighted to be invited back to lead this design-led fit-out and refurbishment project.

Appointed as project managers, we worked to deliver an ambitious independent design brief within a unique, characterful warehouse-style building. The space presented a number of logistical and structural challenges, requiring close coordination between the landlord and tenant teams.

Our role involved managing extensive building services upgrades, structural interventions, and the integration of bespoke design elements—all while maintaining clear communication between stakeholders and ensuring programme and budget alignment. The result is a contemporary, functional workplace that preserves the building’s industrial character while meeting the client’s vision and operational needs.
