We were engaged in this project at a critical stage in its planning journey, tasked with unlocking the potential of a site that had been stagnant due to its green belt designation.
Originally acquired in the 1970s, the land remained undeveloped for many years. However, as the surrounding area experienced changes and increased development activity, a fresh planning strategy was needed. We collaborated closely with the client and planning consultants to reposition the site within the evolving local development framework. Our efforts culminated in a successful appeal that secured consent for future development.
This outcome represented a significant milestone for the site and allowed the client to implement a new strategy. It demonstrated the value of long-term investment, persistence, and effective project management.
