We partnered with Altos to secure a new pre-let lease on a fully refurbished facility at Granta Park, one of the UK’s leading science and technology campuses.
Our involvement began at the earliest stages, supporting the acquisition process and working closely with the landlord’s team to shape a fit-for-purpose solution that would meet Altos’s operational and technical requirements. The brief encompassed a complex mix of spaces, including high-specification laboratory areas, a specialist vivarium fitted with a HEPA-filtered air system, dedicated write-up and office zones, a staff café, and a 100-seat seminar theatre designed for internal events and external collaborations.
The project required seamless coordination between Altos’s UK and US operations. We worked in close alignment with their Californian team to ensure design and technical consistency across both locations, facilitating a shared approach to laboratory standards, compliance, and workplace culture.
By integrating strategic project management with a deep understanding of the client’s sector-specific needs, we delivered a collaborative, future ready environment to support Altos’s continued innovation in biomedical research.
