We were appointed to support an international client with the relocation of staff from overseas offices to a new workplace in the UK.

Working closely with the appointed property agent, we conducted technical due diligence on the shortlisted building prior to heads of terms being agreed. Following this, we provided full project management, cost management, and contract administration services throughout the programme.

The fit-out was procured via a competitive design and build route, with a selected contractor appointed to deliver the Cat B works.

In parallel, we managed separate procurement processes for both the Audio Visual and Furniture packages, ensuring best value and alignment with the overall programme.
